Ryde Council EnviroServe Operations Centre
Ryde Council commissioned Willana to provide "Total Project Delivery" of Council's proposed EnviroServe Operations Centre (works depot) at Meadowbank. Overall Project Management included the preparation of a development application and intensive community consultation and close liaison with other consultants in the preparation of design and construction drawings and specifications.
Eastwood Shopping Centre
Assessment of a major development application for additions to the Eastwood Mall Shopping centre. The brief was extended to require defence of the Council's decision to refuse the application in the Land and Environment Court.
