Canada Bay Council commissioned Willana to complete the timely assessment of residential, commercial, industrial and heritage development applications. This required meeting with Council officers, the applicants and preparation of comprehensive assessment reports.
Five Dock Commercial Development Assessment
Canada Bay Council commissioned Willana to assess a mixed use development including a supermarket, cafe - restaurant, library, public recreation space and 103 residential units, in the Five Dock commercial centre. The process involved negotiating with the architects, liaising with Council, working through issues and creating solutions and responding to public concerns. Willana was able to undertake and report a comprehensive assessment of standards and best practice guides for this unusual 'anchor' site.
