Current Positions Available

Executive Assistant  / Office Manager

Willana Associates comprises a dedicated team of individuals headed by two directors developing a business that finds creative solutions to urban planning issues and assisting business through facilities management and project management. The team at Willana are highly motivated professionals with a diverse range of experience across planning disciplines.  

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide support to the two Directors as well as assisting the urban planning team.  The office is currently located in Randwick but relocating to the City in coming months.  

If you are motivated by completing tasks and working with projects that require strong attention to detail, then this will prove to be a rewarding position for you.  

Whilst reporting directly to the Directors, this role will also involve a combination of the following duties:

It is important that the successful candidate is a motivated, focused individual who has a strong business ethic.  A minimum of three (3) years administrative or EA experience and advanced MS Office skills, including the ability to work autonomously and multi task, are also essential criteria for consideration.  MYOB accounting experience is desirable.   This position would be suitable as a job share for the right candidate

Selection Criteria

The individuals must be able to work in an environment which is built on open discussion and teamwork. It is essential that applicants have completed tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or a related field with a sound working knowledge of NSW Planning Legislation and experience relevant to the position. The applicants would ideally have experience in preparing and assessing development applications and have excellent communication skills with a demonstrated computer literacy and understanding of computerised information systems.
